The requirement was to create a flexible and lively office environment encompassing more than 400 workstations within a budget constraint.

The strategy employed aimed at optimising space usage through a variety of work configurations and cost effective measures. This involved the integration of open workstations, exposed ceilings, the use of painted walls instead of expensive claddings and minimal ceiling modifications to improve breakout spaces.

Furthermore, the design incorporated semi-industrial design elements like metal hangings, planters and a vibrant colour palette to highlight specific walls and areas, such as recreational zones and collab areas all to achieve the desired visual appeal.
